• Commission:

  • Affiliates will earn a commission on qualifying sales generated through their unique affiliate links or coupon codes.
  • Commission rates and payment terms will be outlined in the affiliate agreement.

• Tracking:

  • Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their affiliate links are properly formatted and tracked.
  • Niajadirectory will provide affiliates with tracking tools and reports to monitor sales and commissions.

• Payment:

  • Commission payments will be made on a regular basis as outlined in the affiliate agreement.
  • Payments will be made via the agreed-upon payment method.

• Intellectual Property:

  • Affiliates may not use the company’s trademarks, logos, or copyrighted materials without prior written consent.
  • Affiliates may not register or use any domain names containing the company’s trademarks or brand names.

• Confidentiality:

  • Affiliates agree to keep all confidential information received from the company confidential and to not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.

• Termination:

  • Niajadirectory reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program at any time for any reason.
  • Affiliates may also terminate their participation in the program at any time by providing written notice to the company.

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to their conflict of law provisions.
