Lighthouse Polytechnic is a private institution located in Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria. Established in 2008, the polytechnic aims to provide quality education and practical training to prepare students for various professional fields. It is accredited by the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) in Nigeria.

Admission Requirements

For National Diploma (ND) programs

  •  Five O’level credits including English Language and Mathematics
  •  Applicants must be at least 16 years old

For Higher National Diploma (HND) programs

  •  National Diploma (ND) in a related field from a recognized institution with a minimum of Lower Credit grade

The JAMB cut-off marks are 120 for ND programs and 140 for HND programs, though achieving these scores does not guarantee admission as other criteria are also considered.
