Nuhu Bamalli Polytechnic (NUBAPOLY) is a state-owned higher education institution in Zaria, Kaduna State, Nigeria. It was established in February 1989 and named after Nuhu Bamalli, a prominent Nigerian statesman and one-time Minister of Foreign Affairs.

Admission Requirements

National Diploma (ND)

  • Applicants must have at least five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects in SSCE, GCE, NECO, or equivalent examinations.
  • Applicants must meet the required cut-off marks in the UTME conducted by JAMB.

Higher National Diploma (HND)

  • Applicants must possess a National Diploma (ND) in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
  • They must have completed a minimum of one year of industrial training (IT).

Governance and Administration

The polytechnic is headed by a Rector, who is supported by other principal officers, including the Deputy Rector, Registrar, Bursar, and Librarian. The institution is overseen by a Governing Council responsible for policy-making and administration oversight.
