Contributor Agreement

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between (“Naijadirectory”) and you (“Contributor”) upon your acceptance of these terms and conditions. By submitting your articles or content to Naijadirectory, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with the following terms:

1. Ownership and Originality:

You affirm that all content submitted by you is original and not copied from any other source.
You retain ownership of the intellectual property rights to your content, but grant Naijadirectory a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your content in any media.

2. Content Guidelines:

3. Attribution and Citation:

8. Termination:

10. Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Naijadirectory and you regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings.

By submitting your content to Naijadirectory, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, do not submit your content to Naijadirectory.

This agreement is effective as of the date of your submission.
