This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between  (“Naijadirectory”) and you (“Contributor”) upon your acceptance of these terms and conditions. By submitting your articles or content to Naijadirectory, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with the following terms:

1. Ownership and Originality:

• You affirm that all content submitted by you is original and not copied from any other source.
• You retain ownership of the intellectual property rights to your content, but grant Naijadirectory a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your content in any media.

2. Content Guidelines:

• You agree to submit content that is relevant, accurate, and adheres to the editorial standards and themes of Naijadirectory.
• You will not submit content that is defamatory, obscene, unlawful, or infringes upon the rights of any third party.

3. Attribution and Citation:

• You agree to properly attribute any quotes, statistics, or information obtained from external sources.
• You will provide citations or references where necessary to acknowledge the work of others and maintain transparency.

4. User Conduct:

• You agree to abide by our community guidelines and refrain from engaging in behavior that may harm or disrupt the Naijadirectory community.
• You will not use Naijadirectory to promote personal agendas, spam, or engage in any form of unethical or illegal activity.

5. Editorial Feedback:

• You acknowledge that Naijadirectory may provide editorial feedback and suggestions for revisions to your submitted content.
• You agree to work collaboratively with our editorial team to enhance the quality and relevance of your content.

6. Plagiarism and Copyright:

• You affirm that your submitted content is original and does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• You agree that Naijadirectory reserves the right to remove any content that is found to be plagiarised or infringing upon the rights of others without notice.

7. Indemnification:

• You agree to indemnify and hold Naijadirectory harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your breach of this Agreement, your submission, or your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

8. Termination:

• Naijadirectory reserves the right to terminate this agreement and remove your content from our platform at any time, with or without cause, at our sole discretion.

9. Governing Law:

• This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Entire Agreement:

• This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Naijadirectory and you regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings.

By submitting your content to Naijadirectory, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, do not submit your content to Naijadirectory.

This agreement is effective as of the date of your submission.
