We are searching for a motivated and detail-oriented Content Creator to join our dynamic team in this remote position.

Job Description:

As a Content Creator at Naijadirectory, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and relevance of our online directory. Your responsibilities will include creating, updating, and optimizing contents and listings to maintain the platform’s value for users. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere while contributing to our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

Listing Management:

  • Generate and maintain business listings on the Naijadirectory platform.
  • Verify that all listing details are accurate, comprehensive, and current.
  • Collaborate with businesses and individuals to obtain the necessary information.

Content Optimization:

  • Enhance listings for improved search engine visibility.
  • Craft compelling and informative listing descriptions.
  • Enrich listings with multimedia content such as photos and videos.

Quality Assurance:

  • Conduct regular quality assessments to uphold data integrity.
  • Address user-reported listing issues promptly.
  • Implement best practices to ensure data accuracy.

Communication:

  • Maintain effective communication with businesses and clients.
  • Offer assistance and guidance to users interested in listing their services/products.
  • Write posts, manage blog articles and contents. Showcasing your talent to a global audience.

Data Analysis:

  • Analyze user interaction with contents and listings. Offer insights for enhancement.
  • Monitor trends and user feedback to enhance platform usability.

Basic Requirements 

Responsibility, Attention to Details, Adaptability, Leadership, Honesty, Team Player, and Communication.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in data entry, content management, or similar roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
  • Familiarity with basic SEO principles is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • Knowledge of the Nigerian business landscape is desirable.
