2.1 Prohibited Content: – Business listings must not contain content that is illegal, discriminatory, defamatory, obscene, or violates any applicable laws.

2.2 Intellectual Property: – You warrant that you have the right to use any images, logos, or other content submitted in the business listing. You grant NaijaDirectory a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute the content.

3. User Conduct

3.1 Compliance with Laws: – You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of the Platform and submission of business listings.

3.2 Prohibited Activities: – Users are prohibited from engaging in activities that may harm the Platform, including but not limited to hacking, data mining, or any other form of unauthorized access.
